The journey of East Fish Processing LLC began in 1989 with a humble shop at Dubai Fish Market, created to meet the growing demand for seafood in the UAE. As demand expanded across the GCC, what started as a small outlet grew into a fully integrated seafood processing facility in Ajman, today serving customers across global markets.
As the flagship company of the Thomsun Group, East Fish has grown by leaps and bounds, becoming one of the regions most trusted names in sourcing, processing, and marketing premium seafood. Under our renowned brands CORAL BLUE, CFP, and EASTCO we bring to market a wide range of fresh and frozen products, each handled with the utmost care and hygiene to ensure consistency, safety, and superior quality.

With a state-of-the-art in-house laboratory and modern processing facilities equipped with Blast and IQF spiral freezers (50 MT/day capacity) and 10,000 MT of cold storage, we guarantee freshness is preserved from catch to customer. Backed by globally recognized certifications FSSC 22000, ISO 22000:2018, HACCP, EU and USFDA our operations are aligned with the highest levels of food safety and compliance.
A dedicated fleet of refrigerated and chiller vehicles ensures seamless cold-chain logistics, delivering processed, frozen, and chilled seafood directly to our partners doors.
